General Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging..

2. How to Initiate a Return:

Process for Refunds

1. Refund Timeline:

– Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed within [7-10 business days], and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

NB: If you received an item that was damaged or defective, please notify us immediately, and we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

What we shall not accept (Non-returnable products) are damaged, incomplete, used or installed items, and poorly packaged items; If the original sealed blister packaging has been opened on items, these will not be accepted.

Note: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
